ORDER CANCELLATION

Comfort Expression is dedicated to providing the best products for all clients. If you are not totally satisfied with your order, please feel free to contact us via support@comfortexpression.com.

We accept your order cancellation request before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

REFUND POLICY

Comfort Expression offers a full refund on all unopened and unused items within 30 days from purchase, excluding the shipping cost on the original purchase. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected to confirm it is unopened and unused.

RETURN POLICY

Comfort Expression offers a partial refund on undamaged, opened items within 30 days of purchase. Customer will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price, excluding the shipping cost on the original purchase. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense. Returns will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected to confirm it is undamaged. We do not accept returns on orders delivered outside of the Continental United States.

WARRANTY

Your new Comfort Expression dog bed is covered by a 1-year Limited Warranty. For an entire 365 days after your purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

  • Full Name
  • Order ID
  • Email address
  • Details or reason why you would like to exchange
  • Photos of the damaged product

You can expect a response within 1 - 2 business days after we receive your e-mail.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, return or exchange request. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@comfortexpression.com and you can expect a response within 1-2 business days. Our company has the right to refuse any returns not within our guidelines.
